Step by step Process

Register for Tawjeeh

We schedule your Tawjeeh session on your behalf.

Document Submission

Passport copy, Visa copy, Emirates ID (if available), Labor contract or offer letter etc.

Select Language

Customer chooses preferred session language (Arabic / English / Urdu etc.).

Attend the Seminar

Customer attends Tawjeeh class at the selected center. Duration: approximately 45–60 minutes.

Receive Completion Certificate

Completion is updated in the MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation) system automatically.

What is Tawjeeh?

Tawjeeh is a MOHRE-approved service center that provides awareness and orientation services to employees and employers about UAE labor laws, employment rights, and responsibilities.

Is visiting Tawjeeh mandatory for all new employees?

Yes. For private sector jobs under MOHRE, all new expatriate employees must attend a mandatory awareness session before contract finalization.

Can I get my labor contract from Tawjeeh?

Yes. You can collect, review, and even sign your labor contract at Tawjeeh centers after attending the orientation.

Can Tawjeeh help resolve labor complaints?

Yes. Tawjeeh can register complaints and forward them to MOHRE. They also offer initial legal guidance and may help resolve disputes amicably before legal escalation.

Is Tawjeeh the same as Tasheel?

No.

Tawjeeh focuses on education, awareness, and legal advice.
Tasheel handles processing and typing of labor documents like work permits, contract modifications, etc.

What are the working hours of Karama Business Center?

Our center operate from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
